02SHORT ANSWER

What is the best alternative to GetProspect?

EmailExtractor is the better pick when you work from named prospects, want the supporting company page next to each address and plan to pay yearly. GetProspect is the better pick when you live in its Chrome extension, want phone numbers bundled in, or need 20,000 to 50,000 emails a month at a low price.

Both tools skip the charge when nothing is found, so the real comparison is price per kept address, evidence and the workflow around the lookup.

03COST

How much does GetProspect cost per email?

GetProspect charges per valid email, so the cost per email is the plan price divided by its allowance. Starter is 4.9 cents, Growth 5k is 1.98 cents, Growth 20k is about 1 cent and Growth 50k is about 0.8 cents at full use. Those figures assume you use every credit each month.

We read GetProspect's pricing page on 29 October 2026. Its FAQ says annual plans save 30 percent, which would make Starter $34 a month, but the plan cards print $588 and $1,188 a year, the same as twelve monthly payments. Confirm the yearly figure at checkout before you compare. GetProspect states the 20k and 50k allowances in the plan name only. For the full plan list see the GetProspect pricing breakdown.

A recruiting team keeping about 3,000 addresses a month

On monthly billing, GetProspect Growth 5k at $99 is the cheaper subscription than our Growth at $149. Paying yearly flips it. Our Growth yearly works out to $74 a month for the same 5,000 finds, and it includes 10 seats and CRM pushes.

If the team uses only 3,000 of 5,000 each month, the effective rate is 3.3 cents for GetProspect and about 2.5 cents for our yearly Growth. If the team would rather stay on month-to-month billing, GetProspect wins that case on price.

04COMPARE

GetProspect compared with other email finders

The billing unit differs from tool to tool. Read what each one counts as a credit before you compare entry prices, and check whether your team can share one allowance.

Is GetProspect better than Hunter?

GetProspect often costs less per valid email at its larger tiers and bundles phone numbers, so it can beat Hunter on price. Hunter is stronger for domain-wide research. Neither shows the same page-level evidence we do, so test both with your own prospect names.

05DECIDE

Is GetProspect worth the money?

GetProspect is worth it if you prospect from LinkedIn profiles with its extension, want five phone numbers on every paid plan, or buy at the Growth 20k and Growth 50k tiers, where its price per email is hard to beat. Rollover up to one month of allowance also helps teams with uneven schedules.

The weak spots are narrower. Yearly pricing is inconsistent between the FAQ and the plan cards, and the page does not state seat counts for each plan. Ask before you buy rather than assume.

EmailExtractor fits better when the starting point is a spreadsheet of names and employers instead of a browser tab. Each find shows the company page it came from, so a recruiter or SDR can confirm the person still works there. Growth adds 10 seats and pushes to HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce for $149 monthly or $888 yearly.

We have no Chrome extension and no phone numbers. If your reps work inside LinkedIn all day, that gap matters, so run a week of real prospects through both tools before you commit to a year.

06HOW IT WORKS

Run the same prospects through both tools

Use real names from your next campaign so the comparison reflects your list, not a demo.

  1. Bring the name and domain

Confirm the current employer first. Our name-based email lookup guide covers the inputs.

  2. Read the source page

Check the supporting company page beside the address, and separate confirmed finds from guesses before outreach.

  3. Send results to your CRM

Growth adds CRM pushes. Scale adds API and webhooks, 20,000 monthly finds and unlimited seats for $399 monthly or $2,388 yearly.

If you already hold the addresses, run them through bulk email verification first. EmailExtractor does not use SMTP mailbox probing.

07WHO SWITCHES

Recruiters

Our recruiter email finder shows the company page, so you know the candidate still works there before you write.

SDR teams

Share one allowance

Growth's 10 seats and CRM pushes keep reps on one pool. The LinkedIn email finder page shows how profile research feeds a name and domain lookup.

Agencies

A source page per address turns a client question about where a contact came from into a one-click answer.

08QUESTIONS

Questions about switching from GetProspect

What is the best alternative to GetProspect?

EmailExtractor is a strong GetProspect alternative for teams that work from a name and company domain and want the company page behind every address. Misses and unconfirmed guesses are never billed. Keep GetProspect if its Chrome extension, bundled phone numbers or cheap 20,000 and 50,000 tiers matter more.

Is GetProspect free?

GetProspect has a free plan with 50 valid emails and 100 verifications. That covers a test, not a campaign. Starter is $49 a month for 1,000 valid emails and 2,000 verifications. Judge it by how many addresses you keep, since a free allowance does not show what your list will cost at volume.

Does GetProspect charge for emails it cannot find?

No. GetProspect says it deducts credits only for verified business emails, and not-found results and duplicates are not charged. That makes it closer to our billing than most finders. The difference is evidence, since we show the company page behind each address, and how each tool treats catch-all domains.

Is GetProspect cheaper than EmailExtractor?

On monthly billing at volume, often yes. GetProspect Growth 5k is $99 for 5,000 valid emails against our $149 for 5,000 finds, and its 20,000 and 50,000 tiers cost $199 and $399. Our yearly Growth plan is $888 for 60,000 finds, about 1.48 cents each. Compare on billing period, not sticker price.
