A verified find is the only thing you spend
This is the whole difference between this pricing and credit based pricing, so it is worth being exact about it.
- A confirmed mailbox on a normal domain counts as one verified find.
- A candidate address that fails verification counts as nothing.
- A catch-all result counts as nothing, because no external check can confirm one mailbox on a catch-all domain.
- An address already in your suppression list counts as nothing, even if you upload it again.
- A re-verification of an address you already found counts as nothing inside the same billing period.
- Verification of a list you brought yourself counts one verified find per address that comes back deliverable.
Monthly or yearly
Yearly billing costs six monthly payments for twelve months of service, so it is 50 percent off the monthly rate and is charged once for the year. Monthly billing renews every month on the day you subscribed.
What happens when I hit the limit
You keep your results and the finds above your limit count against the next period, or you move up a plan and the new limit applies straight away. There are no credit packs to buy and no per unit overage to approve.
Can I change plan
Yes. You change plan from inside the account at any time, and the change is prorated against the period you already paid for.
Can I cancel
Yes, at any time. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for and nothing renews after that.
