A verified find is the only thing you spend
This is the whole difference between this pricing and credit based pricing, so it is worth being exact about it.
- An address the company published on its own website counts as one verified find, and we show you the page it was published on.
- A candidate address built from the naming pattern that the company has not published counts as nothing.
- An address that fails a check (bad syntax, a domain that takes no mail, a disposable domain or a likely typo) counts as nothing.
- An address already in your suppression list counts as nothing, even if you upload it again.
- A re-verification of an address you already found counts as nothing inside the same billing period.
- Verification of a list you brought yourself counts one verified find per address that passes every check: valid syntax, a domain that accepts mail, not disposable and not a typo. We do not test the individual mailbox on the receiving server.
Monthly or yearly
Yearly billing is charged once for the year and costs exactly half the monthly rate, a 50 percent saving, so Starter is $288, Growth is $888 and Scale is $2,388 for twelve months. Monthly billing renews every month on the day you subscribed.
What happens when I hit the limit
You keep your results and the finds above your limit count against the next period, up to one more month of your limit, after which searches pause until the next period starts, or you move up a plan and the new limit applies straight away. There are no credit packs to buy and no per unit overage to approve.
Can I change plan
Yes. You change plan from inside the account at any time. Moving up starts a new billing period from the day of the change, and you pay the new plan price minus the credit for the unused time of the old plan. Moving down credits the unused time, and is available once your verified finds from the last 30 days fit inside the lower plan limit.
Can I cancel
Yes, at any time. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for and nothing renews after that.
Is there a trial
Yes, without a card. Press Start free trial, confirm your work address with the six digit code we email you, and your workspace opens with a one time trial of 15 searches and up to 10 confirmed addresses: the finder, the domain search and the verifier on real companies. Bulk jobs, exports, seats, CRM export and the API open with a plan, and nothing is charged until you choose one.
