NeverBounce pay as you go pricing
Pay as you go is the option most people mean when they search for NeverBounce pricing: buy a block of credits, upload a list, and each credit covers one verification. The per email rate drops as the block gets bigger. These are the US dollar figures on NeverBounce's pricing page and in two independent breakdowns from September 2026; NeverBounce's own help center confirms the 50,000 credit price. Confirm at checkout before you buy.
| Credits bought | Price | Cost per email | Cost per 10,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $8 | $0.008 | $80 |
| 25,000 | $125 | $0.005 | $50 |
| 50,000 | $250 | $0.005 | $50 |
| 100,000 | $400 | $0.004 | $40 |
| 250,000 | $750 | $0.003 | $30 |
| Over 1,000,000 | Quoted | Down to about $0.002 | About $20 |
The help center gives its own example of why the tiers matter: ten lists of 5,000 bought separately cost $400, while one block of 50,000 costs $250. If you clean lists several times a year, buy the bigger block, with one caution. Pay as you go credits expire 12 months after purchase, so a block you will not use within a year is not a saving.
NeverBounce Growth plan pricing
Growth is the subscription. It replaced the older Sync plan in late 2025 and includes Sync, which connects NeverBounce to your email platform or CRM and verifies new contacts automatically. You pay monthly (or yearly) for a set number of verifications that refresh each billing period.
| Verifications a month | Monthly price | Cost per email |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | $49 | about $0.005 |
| 50,000 | $99 | about $0.002 |
| 100,000 | $159 | about $0.0016 |
| 250,000 | $249 | about $0.001 |
| 500,000 | $499 | about $0.001 |
| 1,000,000 | $999 | about $0.001 |
Two billing rules in the Growth help article are worth reading before you subscribe. First, auto upgrade: if your credits run out mid cycle and auto upgrade is on, NeverBounce moves you to the next plan size and charges you straight away, and your billing date resets to that day. If it is off, verification and Sync simply pause until you upgrade. Second, yearly Growth is charged once a year, and several reviewers report being surprised by an annual charge they expected to be monthly. Check which one you picked at signup.
NeverBounce API pricing
There is no separate API plan. The API draws on the same balance as the dashboard, one credit per verification, from either your pay as you go credits or your Growth allotment. A signup form that verifies 3,000 new addresses a month therefore costs about $24 on pay as you go, or fits inside the $49 Growth tier with room to clean a list as well. The practical catch is at the start: an account without a default card on file is rate limited and cannot use the bulk API endpoint, so add a card before you build against it.
What a NeverBounce credit pays for, and what it does not
NeverBounce's help center is plain about the unit: one credit equals one email verification. It does not publish any exemption for results that come back unknown or accept all (its name for catch-all). Some competitors put it in writing that they do not: MillionVerifier does not bill catch-all or unknown rows, and ZeroBounce does not bill unknown results. So on NeverBounce, assume every row you upload uses a credit.
The bounce guarantee follows the same line. NeverBounce refunds the difference if more than 3 percent of addresses it marked valid bounce, provided the list had at least 500 unique addresses, you mailed it within 72 hours of cleaning, and you sent only to valid results. Accept all, unknown and disposable addresses, and anything at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or AOL, are excluded.
The real cost per usable address
Here is a worked example with the assumptions stated. You clean a 20,000 row B2B list before a campaign. NeverBounce's own help article says accept all results are common at small businesses, and on a list heavy with smaller companies it is not unusual for 15 to 25 percent of rows to come back that way. Say 20 percent. Add 8 percent invalid, which you remove.
| Line | Rows | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Credits used (25,000 block, 20,000 used) | 20,000 | $100 of the $125 block |
| Valid, safe to send | 14,400 | about $0.007 each |
| Accept all, still unconfirmed | 4,000 | billed, still a risk |
| Invalid, removed | 1,600 | billed, and worth it |
That is still under a cent per confirmed address. For cleaning a list you already own, NeverBounce is cheap, and the invalid rows it catches are the reason you pay. The number to watch is not the price per credit but the share of your list that comes back accept all, because those rows are paid for and still need a small test send before you trust them.
NeverBounce pricing compared
Prices for 10,000 verifications, read from each vendor's pricing page in September 2026 and in our best email verifier for cold email comparison. Rates change, so check before you buy.
| Tool | About 10,000 verifications | Catch-all and unknown billed? | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| NeverBounce | $80 pay as you go, or $49 a month on Growth | No exemption published | Automatic cleaning of an ESP or CRM through Sync |
| MillionVerifier | $39 | Not billed | The lowest price for one-off list cleaning |
| Bouncer | $60 | Unknown not billed | EU data handling and a clean interface |
| ZeroBounce | $129 pay as you go | Unknown not billed | Extra data such as activity scoring |
| EmailExtractor | Plans from $49 a month | No catch-all check; only verified results count | Finding new work addresses with verification built in |
To be straight about our own row: if all you need is to scrub a file you already have, a pay as you go verifier like NeverBounce or MillionVerifier is cheaper than any EmailExtractor plan. We are a finder first. Our plans count verified finds. We check syntax, the domain and its MX records, disposable domains and typos, but we do not run the mailbox check at the mail server that NeverBounce does, and a bulk email verification job on your own list counts one find per address that passes our checks and nothing for the rest.
Is NeverBounce worth it for your team?
NeverBounce fits if
You run a marketing list in an email platform or CRM, want new contacts verified automatically through Sync, and your volume is steady enough for a Growth tier. At 50,000 a month for $99 the per email rate is hard to beat.
Look elsewhere if
Your list is mostly small B2B companies with catch-all servers and you do not want to pay for those rows, or your real problem is getting the addresses in the first place. For that, an email finder that verifies before it counts a result saves you the second tool.
Once the list is clean, the next step for most sales teams is getting each verified lead to the right rep quickly. If leads still get shared out by hand, it is worth looking at software that can route every new lead to the right rep automatically, so the list you paid to clean is worked the same week.
NeverBounce pricing questions
How much does NeverBounce cost?
NeverBounce costs $8 per 1,000 verifications on pay as you go, falling to about half a cent per email at 25,000 to 100,000 credits and $0.003 at 250,000. The Growth subscription starts at $49 a month for 10,000 verifications and runs to $999 a month for 1,000,000. Above that, pricing is quoted.
Do NeverBounce credits expire?
Yes. Pay as you go credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Growth plan credits refresh each billing period, and when you cancel Growth, access to its features and remaining plan credits ends with the paid period. Credits carried over from an older pay as you go purchase are kept as legacy credits.
Does NeverBounce charge for unknown or accept all results?
NeverBounce's help center defines one credit as one email verification and does not publish an exemption for unknown or accept all (catch-all) results. Its bounce guarantee also excludes accept all and unknown addresses. Budget as if every row you upload is billed, whatever result it gets.
Does NeverBounce have a free trial?
New accounts get a small number of test credits, 10 according to NeverBounce's help center, and larger free allowances are offered to people who book a sales demo. A card on file is needed to use them without throttling. It is enough to test the interface, not to judge accuracy on a real list.
How much is the NeverBounce API?
There is no separate API price. API calls use the same credits as list uploads, one credit per verification, and draw from either your pay as you go balance or your Growth allotment. Accounts without a default payment method are rate limited and cannot use the bulk API endpoint.
Who owns NeverBounce?
NeverBounce is owned by ZoomInfo. The help center, status page and legal pages all run under ZoomInfo Technologies LLC, and support and sales are handled through ZoomInfo. That matters mostly for procurement: your contract, data processing terms and privacy policy are ZoomInfo's.
