UpLead costs $99 a month for 170 credits on Essentials or $199 for 400 on Plus, and $74 or $149 a month if you pay yearly. One credit unlocks one contact with email and mobile, which works out to 37 to 58 cents a contact before unused credits expire.

UpLead plans and prices

The figures below come from uplead.com/pricing as it reads in early October 2026, with both the monthly and the annual toggle. Several breakdowns ranking for this search list plans and credit counts that no longer match the page, so check the vendor page on the day you buy, including against this one.

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billingCreditsUsersExtra credit
Free trial $0 for 7 days n/a 5 total 1 n/a
Essentials $99 $74 a month ($888) 170 a month, 2,040 a year 1 $0.60
Plus $199 $149 a month ($1,788) 400 a month, 4,800 a year 1 $0.50
Professional Not offered Quoted Custom Team seats Custom

What changes between tiers matters more than the price step. Essentials gets verified emails, mobile direct dials, the Chrome extension and CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics 365, Outreach, Salesloft and others. Plus adds data enrichment and suppression list uploads, so you stop paying again for contacts already in your CRM. Professional is the team plan: seat management, buyer intent data, full API access, bi-directional CRM sync and priority phone support, billed annually only.

How much does UpLead cost per month?

$99 for Essentials and $199 for Plus if you pay month to month. Paying yearly drops that to $74 and $149, which is $888 and $1,788 up front. The credit count stays the same either way: 170 or 400 a month, shown as 2,040 or 4,800 a year on the annual toggle. So the annual discount is about 25% on Essentials and Plus, and it is the only lever on price short of Professional.

Both self-serve plans are single-user accounts. A team of three on Plus means three subscriptions, about $5,364 a year on annual billing, and nobody can share credits with a colleague who runs out. That is usually the moment a team gets pushed toward a Professional quote.

What is an UpLead credit?

One credit unlocks one contact for download or CRM export, and gives you both the email and the mobile direct dial. That is UpLead's best pricing feature. Lusha charges 5 credits for a phone and Apollo 8 for a mobile, while UpLead charges nothing extra.

$0.58

Essentials monthly, $99 for 170 credits

$0.44

Essentials yearly, $888 for 2,040 credits

$0.37

Plus yearly, $1,788 for 4,800 credits

Two rules change the real number. Unused credits do not roll over, according to reviews from enrich.so and Cleanlist, so a month where your team unlocks 100 contacts on Essentials costs 99 cents a contact, not 58. And extra credits bought mid-month cost $0.60 on Essentials and $0.50 on Plus, more than the per-credit price inside the plan, so running out every month is a sign the plan is too small.

What one usable contact really costs on UpLead

UpLead advertises 95% email accuracy and, per reviewers, refunds the credit when an unlocked email is invalid. With that refund, a bounced address costs you time but not a credit. The bigger cost driver is how many of your credits you actually use.

Share of credits usedEssentials monthlyEssentials yearlyPlus yearly
100%$0.58$0.44$0.37
80%$0.73$0.54$0.47
60%$0.97$0.73$0.62

That is the price of a full contact, phone included, found through UpLead's filters. If you only need the email for people you have already picked, the comparison is different. On our Starter plan a verified work email costs 4.9 cents, on Growth about 3 cents, and unconfirmed or not-found rows are not billed. The Growth plan also pushes verified emails into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce without a second charge.

UpLead's CRM integrations cover the big CRMs and a few sequencers, plus Zapier. If your stack runs on a warehouse or a homegrown tool the native list does not reach, a data integration platform that connects your apps can move unlocked contacts there without a manual CSV step every week.

UpLead compared with other contact data tools

UpLead sits with the contact databases. Each line below comes from our own breakdowns of the vendor pages.

ToolEntry priceWhat a credit buysPhones
UpLead$99 a month or $74 yearly, 170 creditsOne contact with email and mobileIncluded in the credit
Lusha$37.45 a month yearly, 4,800 credits a yearEmail 1 credit, CRM export 1 per record5 credits each
Apollo$49 per seat a month yearlyEmail 1 credit8 credits per mobile
RocketReach$19 to $33 per seat a month yearlyUnlimited lookups, 1,200 exports a yearPro and up

Sources and the full math are in the Lusha pricing, Apollo io pricing and RocketReach pricing breakdowns. We do not sell phone numbers or a people search database, so if mobile direct dials are why you are pricing UpLead, we are not a replacement for that part.

Is UpLead worth it?

UpLead fits

One or two reps who build lists from filters (industry, revenue, technology used), call as often as they email, and will spend most credits every month. The email plus mobile bundle is good value there.

A finder fits

Your team already knows the accounts and the people, from LinkedIn, events or the CRM, and only needs the work email, verified. Use the email finder by name for one-offs, the email enrichment tool for a whole lead file, or the employee email finder to cover a buying committee.

If the second card describes your team, the UpLead alternative page puts the same $888 a year side by side: 2,040 UpLead contacts against 60,000 verified finds, with the rows where UpLead still wins.

UpLead pricing questions

How much does UpLead cost?

UpLead Essentials costs $99 a month for 170 credits, or $74 a month billed yearly for 2,040 credits a year. Plus costs $199 a month for 400 credits, or $149 a month billed yearly for 4,800 credits. Both are single-user plans. Professional is annual only with custom credits and a quoted price. One credit unlocks one contact.

Does UpLead have a free trial?

Yes. UpLead's free trial lasts 7 days and includes 5 credits, so you can unlock five contacts with email and mobile number. That is enough to see the interface and spot-check a few people you already know, not enough to measure accuracy on a real prospect list before you commit.

What is an UpLead credit?

One credit unlocks one contact for download or CRM export and gives you that person's email and mobile direct dial. Unlike tools that charge extra for phone numbers, UpLead bundles both into the same credit. If you run out, extra credits cost $0.60 each on Essentials and $0.50 on Plus.

Do UpLead credits roll over?

No. Third-party reviews of UpLead, including enrich.so and Cleanlist, report that unused credits do not carry into the next billing period. On a monthly plan that means use them or lose them each month, so size the plan to the contacts your team actually exports, not to a busy month.

Does UpLead charge for bounced emails?

UpLead advertises 95% email accuracy and verifies each address when you unlock it. Reviewers report that it refunds the credit when an unlocked email turns out invalid. Confirm the refund window with UpLead before you rely on it, and note the guarantee covers emails, not phone numbers.

Is UpLead worth it?

It is worth it for small teams that need search filters, technographics and mobile numbers, because one credit covers email and phone. It is poor value if you already know who to contact and only need the work email, since you pay 37 to 58 cents a contact for data you will not use, against about 3 to 5 cents for a verified email from a per-result finder.

Already holding contacts from a database and worried about bounces? The bulk email verification upload drops the rows on dead domains, disposable domains and typos before you send, and only verified rows count.
