Salesforce email finder and Salesforce lead enrichment with verified work emails
Your Salesforce org is full of leads with a name, a company and an empty email field. Find each work address from the name and the domain, check it against the company's own pages, and push only the verified ones into Salesforce as Lead records.
For SDR teams, RevOps and agencies working in Salesforce. Only verified finds count against your plan, and unconfirmed rows never reach your CRM.
Try one lead. Paste a name and domain from a Salesforce Lead with no email.

Does Salesforce have an email finder?
No. Salesforce keeps your leads and sends your email, but it does not look up a person's work address. Since Salesforce retired its Data.com contact data service, every team that needs emails on its leads uses an outside tool.
The sensible setup is short: the finder reads name and domain, checks the address, and writes only the verified address back. Reps then sequence from Salesforce without a bounce wrecking the sending domain.

Why Salesforce leads end up without a usable email
Most orgs collect leads from several places at once, and each one leaves a different hole in the Email field.
Badge scans and booth lists
Trade show exports often arrive with name and company only, or with a personal Gmail typed on a tablet. Neither works for a business sequence.
Accounts built by hand
Reps add buyers from LinkedIn and leadership pages, then leave the email blank or type a guessed first.last that bounces at a company using flast.
People change jobs
A Lead created two years ago can point to someone who left. The record still looks complete, which is why stale addresses do more damage than missing ones.
Bought or shared lists
Purchased files mix live, stale and dead addresses with no status column, so you cannot tell which ones are safe to send to.
For a file you already have, run it through bulk email verification before it goes anywhere near Salesforce. For leads with no address at all, the finder at the top of this page fills the field.
How do I add email addresses to leads in Salesforce?
Export the leads that are missing an email, run them through the finder, and send the verified results back. With a direct connection that last step is one button.
-
Export the gap
Build a Salesforce report of Leads where Email is blank, with name, company and website, and export it as CSV.
-
Upload and find
Upload the file. We learn each company's address pattern from its mail records and test the likely candidates.
-
Verify the address
Every candidate gets the domain and address checks and a look on the company's own pages. Nothing is sent to the person. Each row gets confirmed, not confirmed or not found.
-
Push to Salesforce
Push the confirmed addresses as Leads, up to 1,000 per push, or download a file in Salesforce Lead format for the Data Import Wizard.
What lands in each Salesforce Lead field
Salesforce rejects a Lead without LastName or Company, which is the most common reason a CSV import fails halfway. The push fills both from what we already know, so a row is never thrown out for a missing required field.
Records go in batches of 200. If your org's duplicate rules stop one, it is marked as already in Salesforce, not retried and not counted as an error.
| Our field | Salesforce Lead field | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| First name | FirstName | From your input row or the name we matched. |
| Last name | LastName | Required by Salesforce. If a row has no last name we use the part of the address before the @, so the record is never rejected. |
| Company domain | Company | Required by Salesforce. The company domain fills it when you did not supply a company name. |
| Verified email | Only verified addresses. Unconfirmed and failed rows are never pushed. | |
| Job title | Title | Sent when your file or the domain lookup has one. |

Will the finder create duplicate leads in Salesforce?
It is built not to. Every address you push is remembered, and you can upload a contact export from Salesforce so the addresses you already own are skipped too. Anything on that already in my CRM list, plus any address on your suppression list, is left out of every push and every download.
That matters when several reps enrich overlapping account lists. Without it, the same VP of Finance shows up as three Leads owned by three people, and gets three first emails in a week.

What is the best data enrichment tool for Salesforce?
The honest answer depends on which fields are empty. Full enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, Lusha or Cognism fill phones, firmographics and intent across the whole org, and charge per seat on yearly contracts. If the field your reps actually need is a work email on leads they already chose, you are paying for a lot you will not use.
| Enrichment database for Salesforce | Email finder with verification (us) | |
|---|---|---|
| Fields filled | Email, phones, company data, often intent | Work email, with name, company and title passed through |
| Where the email comes from | A stored record, as fresh as the last refresh | Checked against the company's own pages on the day |
| Addresses nobody published | Often written to the record as valid | Marked not confirmed, kept out of Salesforce, free |
| Discover new people by title | Yes, that is the core product | No, you bring the lead, or use domain lookup |
| Runs inside Salesforce | Usually an AppExchange package | No, it pushes Leads through the Salesforce API |
| How you pay | Per seat, usually a yearly contract | Per verified find, monthly, from $49 |
Where a database wins: you need direct dials, or you want Salesforce to show reps new people they have never heard of. Where we win: cost per usable email and the fact that nothing unconfirmed lands in your CRM. If you are weighing a database, our Apollo io pricing and RocketReach pricing breakdowns work out the cost per contact.
What Salesforce lead enrichment costs with us
You pay for addresses we confirmed and nothing else. Enriching 1,000 Salesforce leads where we confirm 600 uses 600 finds. On Growth that is about 3 cents a Lead, with the direct Salesforce push included.
- Starter, $49 a month: 1,000 verified finds, 2 seats, CSV upload and download up to 1,000 rows. Import the file with the Salesforce Data Import Wizard.
- Growth, $149 a month: 5,000 verified finds, 10 seats, bulk jobs up to 10,000 rows, direct push to Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive, the already in my CRM list and scheduled re-verification of saved lists.
- Scale, $399 a month: 20,000 verified finds, unlimited seats, REST API and webhooks, for teams that enrich new Leads the moment they are created. See the email finder API.
- Never billed: people not found, unconfirmed guesses, duplicates and domains that do not receive mail.
Salesforce email finder questions
Does Salesforce have an email finder?
No. Salesforce stores and sends email, but it does not find a person's work address for you. Salesforce retired its Data.com contact data service, so teams now connect an outside email finder or enrichment tool that writes verified addresses into Lead and Contact records.
How do I add email addresses to leads in Salesforce?
Run the leads through an email finder, then bring the verified addresses back in. With a direct connection the finder creates or updates the Lead records for you. Without one, export a CSV in Salesforce Lead format and load it with the Data Import Wizard, matching on email so you do not create duplicates.
What is lead enrichment in Salesforce?
Lead enrichment means filling in the fields a Lead record is missing, such as email, title, phone or company size, from an outside source. For outbound teams the email field matters most, because a Lead with no reachable address cannot enter a sequence. We enrich that one field and verify it before it lands in Salesforce.
What is the best data enrichment tool for Salesforce?
It depends on which fields you are missing. If you need phones, firmographics and intent data across the whole org, a database such as ZoomInfo or Lusha covers more fields at a higher yearly price. If the gap is verified work emails for leads you already have, a per-result email finder costs far less per usable record.
Will the finder create duplicate leads in Salesforce?
It avoids them in two ways. Addresses you have already pushed, plus any you upload from a Salesforce export, are kept on an already in my CRM list and left out of every push. And if your org's duplicate rules still block a record, we count it as already in Salesforce instead of retrying it.
What access does the Salesforce connection need?
An access token for a Salesforce user who can create leads, plus your instance URL, such as yourcompany.my.salesforce.com. We test the token with one read only call before saving it. It is stored encrypted, only its last four characters are ever shown again, and you can disconnect at any time.
Fill the Email field on every Lead you can reach
Upload the leads with no email, get verified addresses back, and push only the confirmed ones into Salesforce.
