Seamless AI alternative and Seamless AI competitors for teams that pay per verified email
Seamless spends a credit every time it researches a contact, and sells most plans as yearly contracts. If your reps already know who to email, type a name and a company domain here, get the work address with the page that backs it, and pay only for verified finds, month to month.
For SDR teams, founders and agencies with a list in hand. Not found, failed and unconfirmed rows are never billed.
Try a contact you would normally research in Seamless.

What is better than Seamless AI?
There is no single winner, because people leave Seamless for three different reasons. Some want published prices and monthly billing. Some want better phone data. Most cold email teams simply realize they pay to research contacts they had already picked. Match the replacement to the reason.
You want prices you can see
Apollo.io lists every seat price and has monthly plans. Hunter and Snov.io publish theirs too. Seamless quotes each deal through sales, as our Seamless AI pricing breakdown shows.
Your reps live on the phone
Mobile numbers are the product. Compare Lusha, Cognism, ZoomInfo and RocketReach on phone coverage in your territory. We do not sell phone numbers.
You only need the email
The names sit in your CRM, a CSV or a LinkedIn list. A finder with verification fills the email column and bills only the addresses it can back. That is what we sell.
Is Seamless AI worth it when you only send email?
Seamless does not print a price. Its pricing page is a form that asks how many contacts you need per month, and a rep sends a quote. Independent reviews from 2026 report the Basic plan at about $147 a month on a yearly contract, with 3,000 credits a year. One credit is used each time Seamless researches a person, and it covers the email and the phone together.
That is a fair price when your team calls the numbers. When it does not, half of what you buy goes unused, and the credit is gone even when the email that comes back bounces. Assume 7 in 10 researched contacts return an address that delivers, and each usable email costs about 84 cents.
-
Seamless Basic, reported, per usable email 84 cents
About $1,764 a year, 3,000 credits, about 2,100 emails that do not bounce at a 70 percent hit rate
-
Seamless Basic, reported, per contact researched 59 cents
About $1,764 a year, 3,000 contacts researched, email and phone together
-
EmailExtractor Starter, monthly 4.9 cents
$49 a month, 1,000 verified finds a month
-
EmailExtractor Starter, yearly 2.4 cents
$288 a year, 12,000 verified finds
-
EmailExtractor Growth, yearly 1.5 cents
$888 a year, 60,000 verified finds, CRM push included
Seamless figures are the Basic plan reported by independent reviewers, since Seamless publishes none. Ours come from our pricing page and assume the whole allowance is used. Bars are scaled to the 84 cent line. A Seamless credit also buys a phone number, which ours does not.
Seamless AI competitors compared on price, terms and what you pay for
Who are Seamless AI competitors for an email-first team? Apollo.io, Lusha and us are the realistic shortlist. Numbers come from each vendor's own page, except Seamless, where we use the figures buyers report. The rows where a competitor beats us stay in.
| Seamless.AI | Apollo.io | Lusha | EmailExtractor | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Published prices | No, quote form | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Entry paid plan | About $147 a month, yearly (reported) | $49 a month per seat, yearly | $37.45 a month, yearly | $49 monthly or $24 a month yearly, 2 seats |
| Monthly billing | Mostly annual contracts | Yes, at higher rates | Yes | Yes |
| What uses a credit | Each contact researched | Each verified email, more for phones | Email 1, phone 5, CRM export 1 | Verified finds only |
| Phone numbers | Yes, same credit | Yes | Yes | No |
| Find new people | Yes, search and extension | Yes, large database | Yes, plus extension | Domain search; you bring the names |
| Proof shown per email | Status label | Status label | Verified label | The company page it was published on, plus the pattern |
| Best for | High-volume prospecting with calls | Data, sequences and dialer in one seat | Small teams calling from LinkedIn | Email-only outbound from a known list |
Where Seamless wins, plainly: it finds people you do not know yet, returns a phone number with the same credit, and tracks job changes. We do none of that. Apollo is cheaper per credit than most tools on this page if you use the seat every day, as our Apollo.io pricing page works out. If Lusha is the other finalist, the Lusha alternative page runs the same math on its credits.
How to switch from Seamless AI before the renewal
The renewal date decides the cost of switching, not the tool. Seamless contracts usually renew for another year unless you give notice, and the most common complaint in public reviews is a renewal someone forgot. Plan backwards from that date.
-
Find the notice date
Read the order form for the renewal date and how many days of written notice it needs. Put both in the calendar of two people.
-
Run the same 50 contacts through both
Upload names and company domains here, research the same people in Seamless, and count the addresses each one can back.
-
Move email work first
Spend the remaining Seamless credits on phones and new-account research, where they are worth the most.
-
Send notice in writing and keep the reply
Then push verified rows to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce from Growth, or download them as CSV on any plan.
Tools like Seamless AI, and the teams that only need one column
The teams that move email work off Seamless already know who they want to reach before they open any data tool.
Assigned accounts
Accounts are named and contacts are in the CRM. The employee email finder fills several people per account.
Fifty target companies
A founder pitching a short list needs the right inbox at each, often the person found with the decision maker email finder.
Client lists in CSV
Upload the file, get verified emails back, and bill clients for finds instead of carrying a yearly contract.
Leads with no email
Records with a name and a company but an empty email field. The email enrichment tool fills them in bulk.
What a three-rep email team pays instead
Three reps on the reported Seamless Basic rate come to roughly $5,300 a year, with the contract renewing each year. Growth billed monthly is $149 for 5,000 verified finds and 10 seats, about $1,790 over twelve months, and you can stop after any month. Yearly Growth is $888. If your reps call every lead, this comparison flatters us. If they email, it is the whole picture.
- Starter, $49 a month or $288 a year: 1,000 verified finds a month, 2 seats, bulk jobs up to 1,000 rows.
- Growth, $149 a month or $888 a year: 5,000 verified finds a month, 10 seats, bulk jobs up to 10,000 rows, push to HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, scheduled re-verification of saved lists.
- Scale, $399 a month or $2,388 a year: 20,000 verified finds a month, unlimited seats, REST API and webhooks. See the email finder API.
- Never counted: addresses not found, failed checks, unconfirmed pattern guesses and duplicates.
Seamless AI alternative questions
What is better than Seamless AI?
For a searchable database with phones and a dialer, Apollo.io is the usual swap because it publishes per-seat prices and lets you pay monthly. For work emails of people you already chose, an email finder that bills per verified address is better value, since Seamless spends a credit on every contact it researches, whether or not the email works.
Who are Seamless AI competitors?
Seamless AI competitors fall into two groups. Contact databases with phone numbers: Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, RocketReach, UpLead and LeadIQ. Email finders that start from a name and a company domain: Hunter, Snov.io, Anymail Finder and EmailExtractor. Choose the group by whether your reps call prospects or only email them.
Is Seamless AI worth it?
Seamless AI is worth it for teams that prospect all day, call as much as they email and want one tool for discovery, phones and job change alerts. For email-only outbound it is expensive: the reported Basic plan is about $147 a month on a yearly contract for 3,000 credits, near 59 cents per contact researched.
Is Apollo better than Seamless AI?
For most small teams, yes on price and terms. Apollo lists seats at $49, $79 and $119 a month on yearly billing, offers monthly plans and charges a credit per verified email. Seamless quotes every deal through sales and sells annual contracts. Seamless users often prefer its live research and phone coverage, so test both on the same 50 contacts.
Is Seamless AI legit?
Yes. Seamless.AI is a real US company based in Ohio that sells a B2B contact search tool used by many sales teams. The complaints you see in public reviews are mostly about annual auto-renewals and data accuracy on some records, not about the product being fake. Read the order form for the renewal notice period before signing.
Can you cancel Seamless AI anytime?
Not on an annual contract. Paid Seamless plans are mostly yearly and renew automatically, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Send the notice in writing before the date in your order form and keep the confirmation. Moving email work to a monthly finder before the renewal avoids paying another year.
Pay for verified emails, not for contacts researched
Bring the names you already have. Month to month, and only the addresses the company backs count.
