Anymailfinder pricing plans on monthly billing
Every figure on this page comes from anymailfinder.com/pricing, read on 9 October 2026. The third-party breakdowns that rank for this search disagree with each other: one lists a $14 plan for 50 credits, another prices the entry tier in euros, and a review directory shows a starting price of $97. None of those match the vendor's page today. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT.
| Credits a month | Price a month | Per credit |
|---|---|---|
| 400 | $29 | 7.3 cents |
| 1,000 | $49 | 4.9 cents |
| 2,000 | $89 | 4.5 cents |
| 5,000 | $149 | 3.0 cents |
| 10,000 | $199 | 2.0 cents |
| 25,000 | $299 | 1.2 cents |
| 50,000 | $499 | 1.0 cents |
| 100,000 | $799 | 0.8 cents |
There are no feature tiers. Every plan gets single search, bulk search, the API and the Chrome extension, and the only thing that changes is the credit allowance. Anymail Finder marks the 10,000 credit plan at $199 as the best value, and the per-credit price does drop fastest between 5,000 and 25,000 credits a month.
Anymail Finder yearly plans and credit packs
Yearly billing takes 33% off and grants the whole year of credits on day one. The second column is the price you would pay for the same credits month by month.
| Credits a year | Price a year | Same credits monthly | Per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4,800 | $228 | $348 | 4.8 cents |
| 12,000 | $384 | $588 | 3.2 cents |
| 24,000 | $708 | $1,068 | 3.0 cents |
| 60,000 | $1,188 | $1,788 | 2.0 cents |
| 120,000 | $1,596 | $2,388 | 1.3 cents |
| 300,000 | $2,400 | $3,588 | 0.8 cents |
| 600,000 | $4,008 | $5,988 | 0.7 cents |
| 1,200,000 | $6,420 | $9,588 | 0.5 cents |
For teams that prospect in bursts there are one-time credit packs with no subscription: 100,000 credits for $1,090, 250,000 for $1,990, 500,000 for $3,290 and 1 million for $4,990. Pack credits stay valid for 12 months. Above a million, volume pricing goes through sales.
How do Anymail Finder credits work?
The rule that sets Anymail Finder apart from most databases is simple: searches cost credits only when a verified email comes back. Risky and not found results are free, and so is repeating the same search within 30 days. Here is what each search type uses.
| Search | Credits | When charged |
|---|---|---|
| Person email, by name and domain or LinkedIn URL | 1 | Only if a verified email is found |
| Company emails, by domain | 1 per up to 20 emails | Only if verified emails are found |
| Decision maker, by role and domain | 2 | Only if a verified email is found |
| Verify an email from another source | 0.2 | Every check |
| Same search or check again within 30 days | 0 | Never |
Two lines change the budget. The decision maker search doubles the cost per email, because Anymail Finder first works out who holds the role, then finds and checks the address. And company search is cheap: one credit returns up to 20 verified addresses on a domain, so pulling a whole team costs a fraction of searching people one by one.
What one usable email really costs on Anymail Finder
Because only verified results are charged, the per-credit price above is close to the true price of an email you can send. Anymail Finder backs that with a promise that at least 97% of verified emails will not bounce, and credits back any verified email that does. Two adjustments are worth making before you budget. If most of your searches are by role rather than by name, double the figure. If you buy monthly and do not use the allowance, the credits do roll over while you stay subscribed, so the risk of waste is low.
For a sales team using 1,000 person searches a month, that comes to $49 a month or $384 a year for 12,000 credits. For an agency running 10,000 a month, $199 a month or $1,188 a year for 60,000 credits per year, about 2 cents an email either way. Teams that search mostly by role sometimes cut the bill in half another way: they pull names and job titles from company team pages first, with a web scraping API that turns any website into clean data, and then run those names through the 1 credit person search instead of the 2 credit role search.
Anymail Finder compared with other email finders
Anymail Finder sits with the pay-per-result finders, not with the big contact databases. Here is how its pricing model lines up with the tools buyers usually compare it with, using each vendor's own page.
| Tool | Entry price | What gets billed | Team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anymail Finder | $29 a month, 400 credits | Verified emails only, checked live on the mail server | Unlimited members, shared pool |
| Hunter | $49 a month, 2,000 credits | 1 credit when an email is found, verification 0.5 | Unlimited members |
| Snov.io | $39 a month, 1,000 credits | Valid and unknown emails, 1 credit each | Unlimited seats |
| Apollo.io | $49 per seat a month, yearly | 1 credit per verified email, more for phones | Per seat |
| EmailExtractor | $49 a month or $288 a year, 1,000 finds a month | Addresses the company published on its own site, with the page shown | 2 seats on Starter, 10 on Growth |
Our own plans land in the same range: $49 for 1,000 verified finds and $149 for 5,000, the same monthly price points as Anymail Finder's 1,000 and 5,000 credit plans. On yearly billing we are cheaper at the low end, $288 for 12,000 finds against $384. Where Anymail Finder is stronger, plainly: it checks each mailbox live on the receiving server, verifies catch-all domains, offers a bounce guarantee and includes unlimited team members. We do not test the individual mailbox. What we bill is an address the company published on its own website, shown with the page we found it on, and a pattern guess we cannot back costs nothing. The other rows are broken down in Hunter.io pricing, Snov.io pricing and Apollo.io pricing, and if Prospeo is also on your shortlist, Prospeo pricing works out its per-user plans the same way.
Is Anymail Finder worth the money?
You send high volumes of cold email, your targets sit on catch-all domains, and you want a vendor guarantee on bounces. A whole team shares one credit pool, and you search by role as often as by name.
You want to see where each address came from before you send, push verified rows straight into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, and pay $24 a month on yearly billing for 1,000 finds. Start with the email finder by name, or fill a whole file with the email enrichment tool.
Anymail Finder pricing questions
How much does Anymail Finder cost?
Anymail Finder starts at $29 a month for 400 credits and runs up to $799 a month for 100,000 credits on monthly billing. Yearly plans save 33%, from $228 a year for 4,800 credits to $6,420 for 1.2 million. One credit is spent only when a verified email is found, so a credit costs 0.5 to 7.3 cents.
Is Anymail Finder free?
Not as a plan. Anymail Finder gives 100 free credits to try it after you sign up and verify a card, which is checked but not charged, and you are billed only if you choose a plan. The credits work in single search, bulk and the API, enough to test it on a real list of about 100 people.
How do Anymail Finder credits work?
A person search costs 1 credit and a decision maker search by role costs 2, both only when a verified email comes back. A company search costs 1 credit for up to 20 verified emails on a domain. Verifying an address from another source costs 0.2 credits per check, and repeating the same search within 30 days is free.
Do Anymail Finder credits roll over?
Yes, with no cap, as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel, the balance stays usable until the end of the current billing period and then expires, and yearly plans are not refunded for unused credits. One-time credit packs are a separate option and stay valid for 12 months.
Is Anymail Finder accurate?
Anymail Finder checks each address live against the recipient mail server when you search, runs extra checks on catch-all domains, and promises that at least 97% of verified emails will not bounce. A verified email that does bounce can be reported for a credit back. Its own benchmark claims 86.4% coverage at 98.9% accuracy.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Anymail Finder?
Per credit, Anymail Finder is already in the low range, so check what you need. On yearly billing our Starter plan gives 12,000 verified finds for $288 against Anymail's $384 for 12,000 credits. Anymail's strengths are live mailbox checks and unlimited team members; ours are the company page shown behind every billed address and CRM push.
Leaving a contact database for a per-result finder? The Seamless AI alternative and Lusha alternative pages work out the cost per email on each. Building on the API? The email finder API returns the same evidence per address.
