Findymail pricing and Findymail plans worked out per verified email

Findymail separates prospecting plans at $99, $399 and $999 a month from its recommended Starter credit plan at $99 a month for 5,000 finder credits plus 5,000 bonus verifier credits. Findymail pricing plans and what each plan includes

Findymail now separates prospecting plans from a single credit plan, Starter, with custom Enterprise options in both families. We read Findymail's pricing page on 22 October 2026. Older reviews quoting $49 to $849 tiers describe a volume slider that is no longer on the page. The prospecting plans print seats, active signals and relative usage, but no credit counts, so they cannot be compared per email from the published figures.

PlanMonthly priceSeatsWhat you getCents per email
Individual (prospecting) $99 1 5 active signals, generous usage, standard processing no credit count printed
Team (prospecting) $399 5 Most popular, 25 active signals, 5x usage, priority processing no credit count printed
Scale (prospecting) $999 20 100 active signals, 20x usage, fastest processing no credit count printed
Enterprise (prospecting) Custom Not printed Custom prospecting plan no credit count printed
Starter (credits) $99 Not printed Recommended, 5,000 finder credits plus 5,000 bonus verifier credits a month 1.98 monthly / 1.65 yearly
Enterprise (credits) Custom Not printed Custom volume pricing, automatic refill, priority support, dedicated account manager no credit count printed

Starter includes 5,000 finder credits plus 5,000 bonus verifier credits a month for addresses from other sources. Its yearly toggle advertises two months free, equivalent to $82.50 a month or $990 a year for 60,000 finder credits. The per email figures assume every finder credit is used for email. The credit Enterprise plan adds custom volume pricing, automatic refill, priority support and a dedicated account manager. Datacare, a separate product that keeps a CRM enriched and cleaned, starts at $500 a month billed annually.

All plans include API and MCP access, a Chrome extension, bulk CSV finder, Google Sheets, reverse email lookup, CRM push and 10+ integrations, including Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Lemlist and Pipedrive. Catch-all verification is included. Mobile numbers are available for non-EU contacts only.

How do Findymail credits work?

Findymail bills on results. That is the reason cold email agencies like it: a list where half the people have no findable address costs half as much.

The rollover cap is generous next to tools whose balance resets every cycle, but it is still a cap. On Starter, the most you can bank is 10,000 credits. Spending all 5,000 finder credits on phones gives 500 phone lookups, leaving none for email finds. The bounce guarantee is the other headline. Findymail promises a bounce rate under 5% and refunds credits above that, which protects the spend but not your domain reputation, so keep checking lists before they hit a sequence.

What Findymail really costs per usable email

The sticker cost per credit is only true if you spend every credit. Two things move the real number. The first is the find rate on your list: since misses are free, it does not change the cost per email, but it changes how many emails you get from the plan you picked. The second is volume swings. If your agency sends 8,000 emails one month and 2,000 the next, the rollover keeps most of the slack, but any balance above the 2x cap disappears.

That second card is temporary, which is the point of the rollover. Over a quarter, a team that averages 4,000 emails a month on Starter pays about 2.5 cents an email. With Findymail's $99 floor, a team needing under 1,000 emails a month pays for headroom. Our Starter yearly plan costs $288 a year, equivalent to $24 a month, for 1,000 finds a month and 2 seats.

Findymail compared with other email finders

Findymail sits with the pay per result finders, not the big databases. Here is how it stacks up against the tools buyers usually put next to it, each from the vendor's own page.

ToolEntry priceWhat gets billedUnused credits

Findymail's strengths include 5,000 bonus verifier credits on Starter, phone lookup, rollover, a written bounce guarantee and integrations such as Instantly and Lemlist. We do not offer phone lookup, verifier credits or that bounce guarantee. Our Growth plan is $149 a month or $888 a year for 5,000 finds a month and 10 seats. At full usage, Growth yearly costs 1.48 cents a find versus Findymail Starter yearly at 1.65 cents an email. Our Scale plan is $399 a month or $2,388 a year for 20,000 finds a month, unlimited seats, API and webhooks. Each billed find shows the company page where the address was published. For a closer comparison, see our Findymail alternative page. The other rows are broken down in Prospeo pricing, Anymailfinder pricing and Hunter.io pricing.

Is Findymail worth the money?

For an outbound agency or a growth team that uses the finder credits, outside address verification and integrations, Findymail Starter can be worth the money. The prospecting plans are a separate decision based on seats, active signals and usage, with no published credit count to price per email. It is less of a fit when monthly email needs are modest or the team needs to see where an address was published. If your next step after the list is the sending itself, price that side too, since outbound automation that writes and sends the follow-ups is a separate line in the budget from the data.

Findymail fits

Findymail pricing questions

How much does Findymail cost per month?

Findymail starts at $99 per month. Prospecting plans cost $99 for Individual, $399 for Team and $999 for Scale, with custom Enterprise pricing. The separate Starter credit plan costs $99 monthly for 5,000 finder credits plus 5,000 bonus verifier credits. Yearly Starter billing is $990, equivalent to $82.50 per month.

Does Findymail have a free plan?

Findymail has a free account rather than a free plan: 10 credits, no credit card. That is enough to check ten of your own prospects and see the output format, not enough to judge accuracy on your market. Run 50 to 100 real contacts through any finder before a yearly commitment.

How do Findymail credits work?

One verified email costs 1 finder credit and one phone number costs 10. Only verified results are charged. Starter includes 5,000 finder credits plus 5,000 bonus verifier credits for checking addresses from other sources. Unused credits roll over, capped at twice the monthly allowance. Mobile numbers are available for non-EU contacts only.

Do Findymail credits roll over?

Yes, up to a cap. Findymail says unused credits carry from month to month, but the balance can never exceed two times the monthly allowance. On Starter that means a maximum of 10,000 banked credits. Anything above the cap is lost, so a team that skips a month for a quarter still wastes some volume.

Does Findymail guarantee its bounce rate?

Findymail advertises a bounce rate under 5% and says it refunds credits when your bounce rate goes above that threshold. Read the terms before relying on it: a credit refund replaces the credits, not a damaged sender reputation, so you still want to send to a clean list and watch bounces per campaign.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Findymail?

Yes, depending on usage. Our Growth plan costs $888 a year for 5,000 finds a month and 10 seats, or 1.48 cents a find when fully used. Findymail Starter costs $990 a year for 60,000 finder credits, or 1.65 cents per email. Findymail also includes 5,000 bonus verifier credits a month and phone lookup at 10 credits per number, which we do not offer.
