Snov.io pricing plans in 2026
The table below comes from snov.io/pricing and the credit article in Snov.io's help center, both read on 8 October 2026. The page uses a slider for Pro, with sizes S, M and L, and only the default positions print a price, so the larger sizes show their credit allowance and the per-credit figure Snov.io itself quotes. Annual prices are our arithmetic from the advertised 25% discount.
| Plan | Per month, monthly | Per month, annual | Credits a month | Recipients a month | Per credit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | $0 | $0 | 50 | 100 | n/a |
| Starter | $39 | about $29.25 | 1,000 | 5,000 | 3.9 cents |
| Pro (S) | $99 | about $74.25 | 5,000 | 25,000 | 2.0 cents |
| Pro (M) | Slider price | 25% off | 20,000 | Scales with plan | About 0.9 cents, per Snov.io |
| Pro (L) | Slider price | 25% off | 50,000 | Scales with plan | Lower again |
| Ultra | Slider price | 25% off | 100,000 | Scales with plan | Lowest self-serve |
| Custom Ultra | Quote | Quote | From 200,000 | From 400,000 | Negotiated |
Third-party breakdowns ranking for this search disagree with each other. Some list Starter at $30 and Pro 5K at $75, others list Pro 20K anywhere from $142 to $189 and Pro 50K from $249 to $369. Snov.io has reshaped its plans more than once, so we only print the prices its own page shows today and treat everything else as a range to confirm in the checkout.
Two things are the same on every paid plan: unlimited team seats with shared credits, and unlimited follow-ups to each recipient within the billing period. Recipients are Snov.io's unit for campaigns, charged the first time you contact a lead by email or LinkedIn.
How much does Snov.io cost per month?
$39 for Starter and $99 for Pro (S) on monthly billing. On annual billing the same plans work out to about $29.25 and $74.25 a month, paid as roughly $351 and $891 for the year. Bigger Pro sizes cost more per month and less per credit: Snov.io's FAQ says a credit on Starter costs 3.9 cents and on Pro M "only around 0.9 cents", more than four times less.
The plan price is not always the whole bill. LinkedIn automation is sold separately per LinkedIn account at $69 a month, or $62 on annual billing, with $10 off each slot when you also hold a Sales Suite plan. Enrichment tokens for phone numbers and third-party email sources are priced at 2 cents a token, and each plan includes a monthly allowance, from 25 tokens on Trial to 750 on Ultra.
How do Snov.io credits work?
A credit is one find or one verification, and you can spend the pool on either. What matters for the budget is which results cost a credit. Snov.io's help center spells it out by email status:
| Action | Green (valid) | Yellow (unknown) | Red (invalid) | Gray (not found) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Email Search, bulk or single | 1 credit | 1 credit | Free | Free |
| Email Verifier, bulk or single | 1 credit | Free | 1 credit | n/a |
| Email Finder API | 1 credit | 1 credit | Free | Free |
Domain Search has its own rules: 1 credit per domain searched, which opens up to 50 domain emails, then 1 credit for each further 50. In Bulk Domain Search the emails-only option costs 2 credits per domain, and the prospects option costs 1 credit per prospect with a green or yellow email. Opening a company profile costs 1 credit; searching and saving companies is free.
The line to notice is yellow. A finder result that Snov.io could not verify still costs a full credit, while the verifier lets the same status go free. If your team only sends to green addresses, the yellow share of every search is money spent on rows you will drop.
What one usable email really costs on Snov.io
Snov.io does not publish what share of finder results come back yellow, and it depends on your market: companies on catch-all mail servers return far more unknowns. So here is the arithmetic at three assumed shares, for teams that only send to green results.
| Yellow share of billed finds | Starter, monthly | Pro (S), monthly | Pro (S), annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0% | $0.039 | $0.020 | $0.015 |
| 15% | $0.046 | $0.023 | $0.017 |
| 30% | $0.056 | $0.028 | $0.021 |
That is cheap next to the big contact databases, and honestly close to our own prices. On our plans a verified find costs 4.9 cents on Starter monthly, 2.4 cents on Starter yearly, about 3 cents on Growth monthly and 1.5 cents on Growth yearly. The difference is what counts as billable: we bill only an address the company published on its own website, shown with the page we found it on, and a pattern guess we cannot back costs nothing. You can run the numbers for your own list with the email finder by name before you pick either tool.
Snov.io seats, rollover and what Trial leaves out
Unlimited seats are the strongest part of Snov.io's pricing. A five-person team pays the same as one person, which per-seat tools like Apollo cannot match. Credits refresh every 30 days, and unused ones roll over as long as the subscription stays active, so a slow month is not wasted the way it is on tools that reset yearly balances.
The free Trial is narrower than it looks. It renews monthly with 50 credits and 100 recipients, but bulk search, bulk verification, integrations, the API, webhooks and export are all paid features. If the whole team will send from Snov.io campaigns, set one consistent footer for every mailbox with email signature software that sets one template for the whole company, because a rep's unbranded signature is the first thing a skeptical buyer notices.
Snov.io compared with other email finders
Snov.io is a finder, verifier and campaign tool in one. The comparison that matters depends on whether you will use the campaigns.
| Tool | Entry price | What gets billed in the finder | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Snov.io | $39 a month, 1,000 credits | Valid and unknown emails, 1 credit each | Unlimited |
| Hunter | $49 a month, 2,000 credits | 1 credit when an email is found | Unlimited team members |
| Apollo.io | $49 per seat a month, yearly | 1 credit per verified email, catch-all billed too | Per seat |
| Lusha | $37.45 a month yearly, 4,800 credits a year | 1 credit per email, plus 1 per CRM export | 1 on Starter |
| EmailExtractor | $49 a month or $288 a year, 1,000 finds a month | Only addresses backed by the company's own site | 2 on Starter, 10 on Growth |
Each row comes from our breakdowns read from the vendor's page: Hunter.io pricing, Apollo.io pricing and Lusha pricing. If you are weighing Lusha against Snov.io for email work, the Lusha alternative page runs the cost per email side by side.
Is Snov.io worth the money?
You want finding, verification, drip campaigns, warm-up and a light CRM in one bill, your team is three people or more, and you will actually send from Snov.io. Unlimited seats and monthly rollover make it hard to beat on price for that bundle.
You already send from another platform and only need verified work emails for names you have. You want to see the page each address came from and pay nothing for guesses. Upload a file to the email enrichment tool, or pull every public address on an account with domain email search. The Snov.io alternative page prices this setup against Starter and Pro S.
Snov.io pricing questions
How much does Snov.io cost per month?
Snov.io's pricing page shows Starter at $39 a month for 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, and Pro at $99 a month for 5,000 credits and 25,000 recipients, both on monthly billing with unlimited team seats. Larger Pro sizes and Ultra add more credits, and annual billing takes 25% off every plan.
Does Snov.io have a free trial?
Yes. Snov.io's Trial plan gives 50 credits, 100 recipients, 25 enrichment tokens and one warm-up slot, and it renews every 30 days instead of expiring. It leaves out bulk search, bulk verification, integrations, the API, webhooks and export, so it shows data quality but cannot run a real campaign.
How do Snov.io credits work?
One credit buys one email find or one verification. In the finder tools Snov.io charges 1 credit for every green (valid) or yellow (unknown) email and nothing for gray (not found) or red (invalid). In the verifier it charges for green and red results and not for yellow. A domain search costs 1 credit.
Do Snov.io credits roll over?
Credits refresh every 30 days. Snov.io's help center says unused credits roll over on monthly billing as long as the subscription stays active, and its pricing FAQ says they roll over on annual plans or with renewal enabled. If you cancel or buy a one-time month, leftover credits last 30 days from purchase.
Is Snov.io priced per user?
No. Every paid Snov.io plan includes unlimited team seats, and credits and recipients are shared across the team. That makes Snov.io cheaper than per-seat tools such as Apollo for teams of three or more. LinkedIn automation is the exception: it is sold per LinkedIn account slot at $69 a month, or $62 on annual billing.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Snov.io for finding emails?
Per credit, Snov.io Pro is already cheap, so the saving comes from what gets billed. Snov.io charges for unknown results in its finder. We bill only verified finds backed by the company's own site, from $49 a month or $288 a year for 1,000 a month, with unconfirmed guesses free. We do not run email campaigns.
Moving a Snov.io export into another sender? Run it through bulk email verification first to drop rows on dead domains, disposable domains and typos. Building on the API instead? The email finder API returns the same evidence per address.
